In the slide titled “How Apple does it: A virtuous cycle”, the team has drawn a virtuous cycle which explains how Apple attract the consumers to stick with the brand. The brand UX makes consumers realize the value and in return grabs the loyalty of consumers. This depicts that Microsoft is putting its efforts on Windows 8 to get status like “It Just Works” and people will not hesitate spending money to buy Windows 8.
